Meet your Facilitator

Rachael Seymour facilitates the live integration calls and guides the self-paced learning throughout The Conscious Leader journey.

Rachael is known for her ability to translate complex inner work into practical, embodied leadership. Her facilitation blends insight, nervous-system awareness, and lived experience, creating spaces where people can reflect honestly, integrate learning, and lead with greater clarity and integrity.

The live integration calls are not lectures, but facilitated conversations that support participants to make sense of what they are learning, notice how it is showing up in real life, and develop the capacity to respond rather than react. The self-paced content is designed to be steady, accessible, and applicable to everyday leadership, offering both conceptual understanding and grounded practices.

Rachael’s work is shaped by years of experience in leadership development, somatic and consciousness-based practices, and facilitating groups through meaningful personal and professional transition. Her approach is calm, intelligent, and deeply human, supporting leaders to build awareness, resilience, and coherence over time.

FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about the 5-Day Maverick experience, including structure, expectations, and what you can expect from the work.

How many men are in the cohort?

Expect up to 12 men. This keeps the work focused, personal and grounded.

Do I need any experience?

No. Everything is taught in a simple, practical way that meets you where you are. You don’t need prior experience with breathwork, meditation or consciousness-based work.

What type of work is included?

A blend of conscious leadership and inner work including breathwork, meditation, somatic tools and masculine energy practices. All of it is grounded, accessible and practical.

How much time does it take each week?

About an hour per week for the online content, plus the half-day intensives. We encourage a simple daily practice commitment, as this is what steadily raises your consciousness. Optional additional practices are available if you want to go deeper.

What if I miss a session?

All online sessions and half-day intensives are recorded. The half-days are an important part of the program and we ask that you attend them wherever possible. If something unavoidable comes up, you can catch up through the recording and rejoin the work at the next session.

Is there assessments?

No. There are no formal assessments — this work is experiential, not evaluative.

What type of man is this for?

Men who want more clarity, energy and direction, and men who are curious about consciousness and a deeper way of operating. Ages range from late twenties to late fifties, including professionals, leaders, athletes and entrepreneurs.

Is this spiritual?

It is spiritual in a grounded and practical way. The work expands your consciousness and inner awareness, supported by neuroscience, breathwork science and nervous system research. It is not religious and requires no belief system.
