Rachael and Andy draw on decades of experience across consciousness based leadership, somatic awareness, breath and nervous system regulation, and energetic intelligence. Their facilitation creates conditions where insight is not only understood but felt and integrated.

Some groups engage first through direct experience. Powerful Breath, meditation, and nervous system regulation create immediate shifts in state. Insight comes after the body changes. For many, this is where the work becomes undeniable. The experience speaks for itself.

Intellectual and Conceptual Frames

Other groups prefer to begin with understanding. Clear explanations of physiology, stress, attention, and human behaviour provide a cognitive map for what is happening. The work is explored through language, models, and reflection before moving into embodied practice.

Andy Seymour is a physiotherapist and leader of a multi-practice health business, specialising in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and flow states. His work bridges clinical physiology with real-world leadership and performance.

Drawing on applied neuroscience and somatic practice, Andy supports leaders and teams to operate with greater clarity, resilience, and sustainable energy under pressure. His facilitation is practical, grounded, and experiential, translating complex science into changes that can be felt and applied immediately.

Rachael Seymour is the owner of The Energy Studio and The Conscious Leader, where her work centres on consciousness, state shifting, and rewiring habitual patterns to support both performance and genuine enjoyment of life. She bridges purpose, productivity, and fulfilment, helping people feel more spacious inside while still creating real-world results.

Rachael works with individuals and organisations to move out of reactivity and into clearer, more conscious ways of thinking, relating, and leading. Known for her light-hearted, human approach, she brings depth without heaviness, translating inner work into practical change that improves leadership capacity, decision making, and overall quality of life.
